Au-del\u00e0 de la mise \u00e0 jour de l\u2019image du b\u00e2timent, l\u2019objectif est aujourd\u2019hui d\u2019am\u00e9liorer son comportement climatique, d\u2019augmenter le confort des usagers et de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 des exigences toujours plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es en mati\u00e8re d\u2019efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et de durabilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans ce contexte, les syst\u00e8mes de protection solaire passive \u2014 lames fixes ou orientables, volets coulissants ou battants, filtres solaires int\u00e9gr\u00e9s \u00e0 la fa\u00e7ade \u2014 jouent un r\u00f4le fondamental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Leur fonction ne se limite pas \u00e0 prot\u00e9ger du soleil : ils permettent de contr\u00f4ler l\u2019apport de lumi\u00e8re naturelle selon l\u2019orientation, de r\u00e9duire les gains thermiques pendant les p\u00e9riodes les plus chaudes et de favoriser un meilleur \u00e9quilibre entre confort, ventilation et consommation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans la r\u00e9habilitation r\u00e9sidentielle, ces solutions contribuent \u00e0 red\u00e9finir la relation entre int\u00e9rieur et ext\u00e9rieur, en apportant intimit\u00e9, profondeur et une nouvelle lecture architecturale de la fa\u00e7ade.
