TAMILUZ\u2019s new adjustable louvered blinds with thermally modified wood are made with ThermoDURTM<\/sup> wood from SWP\u00ae, which is stable, durable and defect-free.<\/p>\n

ThermoDURTM<\/sup> modified wood is a fast-growing wood with no knots that, after a controlled thermal treatment process, without using acids or chemicals, acquires the ability to be used outdoors.<\/p>\n

It is certified CLASS 1 with regard to durability (conforming to regulation EN 350-1 \/ KOMO BRL 0605). It also has excellent dimensional stability (Class 1) and a good equilibrium moisture content (5.5% bij 20o<\/sup>C\/60-65% RV).<\/p>\n

These characteristics make it an ideal material to be fitted outdoors, on facades and sun protection applications like blinds, louvers and brises-soleil and they have impressed TAMILUZ.<\/p>\n

The absence of knots and its beautiful uniform colour, which can be pre-aged on request, complete this winning design.<\/p>\n
